Business Policy

ALTERATIONS:

If you have something that needs to be altered, please don't hesitate to contact us! We can't give you an exact price without knowing precisely what needs to be done, so you will need to send pictures and measurements as required (don't worry, we'll explain exactly what info we need when you contact us). 

Be assured that while your dress is with us, it will be well taken care of and kept in a safe place. However, in the unlikely event that something did happen to it, we'll replace it or give you a full refund.

SECOND-HAND DRESSES: 

Why buy a new dress when you can find one in good-as-new condition for less than half as much? Our selection of dresses include only high-quality garments in good condition, and you'll be amazed at some of the brands we carry! We will thoroughly check all items before selling them and will not try to sell you something that has a tear, discoloration, or (perish the thought!) sweat stains. 

We do charge for shipping, whether that's a dress you've bought or your own altered garment that we're shipping back to you. If you're not satisfied with an alteration or a dress, you have twenty days to return it for any improvement or to get a full refund.
